Pincushions are something that, as an avid seamstress, I just can’t have enough of. I need one for every conceivable spot in my Lady Lair. One on my cutting table, one on the ironing board, one on the left-hand side of the sewing machine, one on the right-hand side of the sewing machine, one on my wrist, one in my hand-sewing box. You get the picture.
Here are links to some of my all-time favorite pincushion tutorials – in no particular order. Make a dozen for yourself and make some for your friends. They are great as gifts or party favors (assuming you throw sewing or quilting parties, and really, why wouldn’t you?).
